Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing and settling recruitment processes both for the Head Office and Store positions,
  • Taking part in managing new hires as well as termination processes through preparing contracts and doing other relevant paperwork in respect of local legislation,
  • Performing a supportive role in a payroll area through cooperation with the external service provider, e.g., preparing and delivering payroll data,
  • Developing personnel statistics through maintaining manual and electronic documents, files, and records (e.g., personnel records, employee lists, etc.) for the purpose of providing accurate information in compliance with established guidelines,
  • Playing an advisory role for employees with respect to labor law, required to the store and area managers,
  • Supporting daily activities of HR manager from administrative and professional perspectives;

Apply if you have:

  • 1-3 years of experience working in a similar position,
  • Advanced German and English
  • Experience in conducting recruitment processes,
  • Very good knowledge of labor law and experience in personnel administration,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office,
  • Very good communication and client orientation skills,
  • Strong teamwork spirit and ability to provide solutions

For the position of HR Specialist (m/f/d), we offer a monthly gross salary above the collective agreement starting at EUR 2,500 for 38.5 hours/week (collective agreement for commercial employees EUR 1,896); overpayment is possible depending on specific qualifications and experience.
